Hangar Maintenance Ground Power Unit Options
PowerAll Systems' line of Hangar Maintenance Ground Power Units are designed for Maintenance/FBO Operations with large No-Flat tires for ease of maneuverability within the hangar environment. Our Hangar Maintenance GPU options include units with starting capabilities from 2400 Peak Amps to 4500 Peak Amps and with continuous power capabilities from 25 to 100 Continuous Amps. All of our Ground Power Units include 8 ft DC cables (to the aircraft) and 6 ft AC cables. With built-in battery tenders (Monitor Mode) and AC source auto-switching capabilities utilizing either 110V or 220V single phase, these units are charged and ready for service, right out of the box!
With Heavy-Duty Marine Grade AGM Lead Acid battery technology and large no-flat tires, the PAS-2400 ground power unit is designed to start a variety of Turbo Prop aircraft and Helicopters.
The PAS-2400 GPU provides up to 2400 Peak Amps for starting and up to 25 Continuous Amps for Maintenance/EFS Updates while plugged into a 110 or 220V AC source.
The PAS-2400 GPU has been used in the field to start the following fixed-wing aircraft and helicopters:
All Beechcraft King Air models, Beechcraft 1900 Series, Cessna Caravan 208, Citation 500 and 550 Series, Embraer Bandeirante 110, Piper Cheyenne Series and Lear 20 Series. All Boeing/McDonnell Series helicopters, Augusta Series, Bell 205, 206, 407, 222, 230 430 Series, Airbus Helicopters AS 350, EC120, BO105, BK117 Series.
The PAS-2400-50 ground power unit is the best choice for most turbo prop aircraft and helicopters with updated EFIS or "Glass Cockpit" systems installed.
Delivering up to 50 continuous amps for EFIS and Maintenance Operations, and up to 2400 Peak Amps for starting, this unit is our most popular GPU model for FBO and Hanagar Maintenance operations.
Modular Ground Power Options
Portable power for hangar and ramp operations ranging from 50 to 100 Amp Continuous Power with up to 4500 Peak Amps for Starting.
Multi-Purpose and Powerful, the PAS-4500 and PAS-4500-100 are designed for optimum versatility, providing constant and reliable power, and up to 4500 Peak Amps for starting and maintaining a large variety of Turbine Powered Aircraft and Helicopters.
This powerful dual ground power unit is the appropriate choice for large turboprops, mid-size turbofan-powered aircraft, and large helicopters. The PAS-4500 is actually 2 X PAS-2400 units coupled together in parallel delivering up to 4500 Peak Amps for starting aircraft and helicopters with a higher amperage draw.
The PAS-4500 can be split apart by removing the supplied coupler, offering the option of 2X PAS-2400 GPU's for work on multiple aircraft requiring up to 2400 Peak amps for starting and 25 continuous amps for maintenance functions. An additional DC Cable and optional Cart is required for this configuration.
The PAS-4500 GPU is recommended for starting and maintaining the following fixed-wing aircraft and helicopters:
Raytheon HS-125-800XP, Westwind, Brasilia 120, Lear 40 series, Jetstream 30 Series aircraft, and Agusta Westwind AW139 and Sikorski S76 Series Helicopters.
The PAS-4500-100 is 2 X PAS-2400-50 GPU's coupled together. In the dual-cart configuration this unit will supply up to 4500 Peak Amps for starting and up to 100 Continuous Amps for aircraft maintenance functions.
The same option to split this unit as the PAS-4500 is available, supplying two PAS-2400-50 GPUs with the addition of an extra DC Cable and optional Cart.
Two PAS-2400-50 GPU's coupled together in this configuration will supply up to 4500 Peak Amps for starting and up to 100 Continuous Amps for aircraft maintenance functions.

TURBINE ENGINE WASH SYSTEMS
TW60 - TW60AT
The TW60 and TW60AT Turbine Engine Wash Systems (TEWS) are designed for use in the hangar or on the ramp.
Benefits of Regular Turbine Engine Washes are:
• Improved Engine Performance
• Increased Fuel Efficiency
• Extend Engine Life
The TW60 utilizes shop air as its source while the TW60AT utilizes its own five-gallon compressed air tank as its source, and can also use shop air.
PowerAll Systems manufactures two options of our Turbine Engine Wash products, the TW60 and the TW60AT.
Both TEWS units are assembled with hard-line plumbing and bulkhead fittings for durability and come with two, five-gallon fluid tanks and 25 ft. of hose. Fluid can be diverted from either tank, Solution or Water, with a valve on the faceplate of the unit.
A pressure regulator and gauge allow for pressures ranging from 0-60 PSI which allows for use with a variety of aircraft engine manufacturers whose maintenance specifications for compressor and turbine wheel washes fall within these parameters.
It is widely considered within the aircraft maintenance industry that regular engine washes greatly improve engine efficiency, reduce fuel consumption and extend engine life
